This seminar will focus on the connection between nanotechnology and biological systems, examining how nanomaterials interact with biological environments. Synchrotron techniques will be highlighted as essential for understanding these interactions, providing detailed insights into their structure and behavior. The discussion will cover methods such as X-ray nanotomography, nano-infrared spectroscopy, small-angle X-ray scattering and X-ray photon correlation spectroscopy. These techniques offer unique opportunities to study the properties and dynamics of nano-bio systems, contributing to advancements in fields such as medicine, biotechnology, and material science.
