Titre : Majorana and Neel: How two great names got mixed up in unreliable research

Résumé : This lecture will be about clearly wrong papers related to Majorana fermions, from Delft and UCLA. On Delft, this story is getting old but we have some new mistakes in the papers published on ‘Ballistic Majorana’ that we can share at this time. The UCLA paper has been retracted from Science, but only recently we are able to talk about what was actually wrong with it, because the original investigators came with facts.
