Résumé : The equilibrium tunning of doping generates substantial changes in the electronic states of cuprates. They undergo a gradual transition from Mott insulator to Fermi liquid, crossing d-wave superconductivity. Usually, these changes are accompanied by an abrupt transformation in Fermi surface topology, the so-called Lifshitz transition. Here in this work, we address the effect of ultrashort pulses on the Fermi surface topology of cuprates Bi2 Sr2 CaCu2 O8+δ by means of time-resolved-Angle resolved Photoemission Spectroscopy with pump energy of 1.55 eV. For the first time, we demonstrate that high fluence pulses are significantly efficient in supplying the Fermi level with additional carriers through the photodoping process, driving non-adiabatically the Fermi surface from hole-like to electron-like.
