Bus line C6, from Saint-Martin d’Hères, and n°22, from Saint-Egrève, can get you to Institut Néel.

Bus line C6 can drop you to “Presqu’île Scientifique” from Saint-Martin d’Hères.
Bus line n°22 can get you to “Presqu’île Scientifique” from Saint-Egrève railway station to “presqu’ile” bus stop.

From Lyon/Paris/Marseille (A 48/E 711 ) :

When reaching Grenoble follow the direction of «Grenoble Bastille Gares”, then “Gares Europole” and take exit n°16 “Grenoble/Polygone scientifique”.

From Chambéry/Genève/Turin (A 41/E 712) :

Reaching Grenoble follow the direction of “Lyon” then “Rocade sud”, then take A480 motorway towards Lyon and take exit n°1 “Sassenage/Polygone scientifique”.

The Grenoble station allows linking very quickly the largest towns in France. With the TGV, Grenoble is only 1h from Lyon and 3h from Paris or Marseille.

Airport of Lyon-Saint Exupery (LYS)

From Lyon Saint-Exupéry airport you can go to Grenoble using the shuttle bus or the train
• Shuttle bus (recommended) Grenoble Faure Vercors provide a bus each hours 7 day basis. When you arrive in Grenoble the stop is just few meters away from train station.
• Train A train connects the airport to Grenoble in just 1h07, however with much less trains than shuttle buses. Timetables are available from the SNCF website.

From Grenoble Saint Geoirs airport you can go to Grenoble by bus in just 45 minutes. Timetables are available on the airport website.

Airport of Genève (GVA)

From Geneva airport you can go to Grenoble by Train or Bus.
• Shuttle Bus (recommended): They run 5 times a day to and from Grenoble, on a 7 day basis. For booking go to ouibus.fr
• Train: You can also take the train from Cornavin train station (Geneva, a few minutes by a train shuttle from the airport) and change train to Grenoble. This take more than 2h30.
