Goals

The team is composed of eight people, divided between the administrative service of the Institut Néel, the administrative poles of the departments, the non-permanent cell and the communication cell.

Each staff member is in charge of one or more specific areas:

– Follow-up of the administrative affairs of the management;
– Human Resources, reception of permanent and non-permanent staff and follow-up of their files;
– Internal and external communication;
– Scientific edition;
– International cooperation;
– Organization of scientific events;
– Security.
