This collaboration brings together the startup DIAMFAB, which originated at the Institut Néel, the CNRS, Université Grenoble Alpes, and Grenoble INP – UGA.
It will enable the scientific and technological barriers to semiconductor diamonds to be overcome. This labcom is part of a long-term partnership and also draws on the expertise of alumni from the University of Grenoble Alpes.
