Graphene, an isolated single atomic layer of graphite, is an ideal two-dimensional system. This new electronic system exhibits a number of unique transport properties. Our current research deals with transport measurements on ultra thin layer of graphite epitaxially grown on single-crystal silicon carbide.
We study the transport properties and realize devices using the surface states of a 3D topological insulator.
We are interested in studying spin glass phase dynamics in metals in using mesoscopic probe.
