X-ray diffraction with synchrotron light

We have a long-standing collaboration with a beamline of the local synchrotron radiation facility (ESRF), involving staff from Institut Néel and CEA-INAC, and specialized in high resolution surface diffraction performed in situ. The INS2 instrument installed at the BM32 beamline allows for surface X-ray scattering during the preparation of samples, under UHV.
