Since December 2006, I’m a researcher at CEA Grenoble, in the joint CEA-CNRS group « Nanophysique et Semiconducteurs ». I work in the field of Nanophotonics based on III-As semiconductor heterostructures. In particular, I develop new structures to control the spontaneous emission of embedded quantum dots. These researches target the realization of innovative optoelectronic devices and the study of fundamental physics effects.
